Refund policy

At Ramyaura we want you to love your Korean skincare and beauty products. If something isn’t right, this Return & Refund Policy explains how we can help.



1. Scope


This policy applies to purchases made directly through www.ramyaura.com.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.



2. Change-of-Mind Returns – 14 Days


We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order, provided that:

Items are unused, unopened and in original condition

All seals, stickers, hygiene strips and packaging are intact

Products are in their original box/carton with any gifts or samples that came with them


Because we sell skincare and cosmetics, opened or used items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.



3. Items Not Eligible for Return


We are unable to accept returns for:

Any product that has been opened, tested, swatched or used

Items with broken seals, damaged packaging or missing components

Products purchased on final clearance where “no returns” is clearly mentioned

Gift cards or promotional vouchers


If returned items arrive used or not in resalable condition, they may be refused and sent back to you at your cost.



4. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@ramyaura.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include:

Your full name

Order number

Product(s) you’d like to return

Reason for return

Clear photos if there is damage or a problem

3. Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address.

4. Pack your items safely and clearly write the RA number on the parcel.


Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), return postage is your responsibility.



5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a major fault.

If a free gift or sample was included and the return means you no longer qualify, the gift must also be returned or its value may be deducted from your refund.


For some promotions or sale periods, we may offer store credit only instead of a refund – this will always be clearly stated at the time of purchase.



6. Exchanges


We don’t offer direct product exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please:

1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible), then

2. Place a new order for the product you want instead.



7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number, description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging.


Where the product is confirmed as faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

We will offer a replacement, refund or store credit, and

We will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.



8. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund after we’ve confirmed it:

1. Check with your bank or payment provider first

2. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time to be officially posted

3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, please email us at info@ramyaura.com
